Important information about your AONL Annual Conference registration
Key Deadlines & Information
AONL complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and strives to ensure that no individual with a disability is deprived of the opportunity to participate in the program solely by reason of that disability.
Through its agents, AONL will provide reasonable accommodations for a candidate with a disability who requests accommodations.
AONL tries to offer a wide selection of meals throughout the conference to cater to different dietary requirements.
This policy stands for all circumstances, including but not limited to personal or company level of comfort to travel. This policy remains in place and applies to your company's regulations including any reassignments given by your company and/or any foreseeable additional travel restrictions/policies implemented by your company.
Transfers: Registration fees may be transferred to another individual with a $50 transfer fee. All registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or other updates must be completed by March 14, 2026.
AONL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full.
AONL may cancel a program without liability due to any cause beyond AONL's control including, but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disaster
- Civil disorders, labor disputes, war, terrorism
- Infectious disease
- Curtailment of transportation
- Unavailability of facilities
- Government regulations
- Any other cause beyond AONL's reasonable control
AONL suggests that you do not purchase restricted or nonrefundable tickets for travel to the annual conference.
AONL assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the annual conference sell out or in the unlikely event that changes to the annual conference dates and/or location become necessary.
Hotel reservations, cancellations and charges are the attendee's responsibility.
You irrevocably grant, transfer and assign a nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free right and license to AONL in and to the Materials and all copyrights in the Materials arising in any jurisdiction throughout the world.
You understand that the Materials may be substantially edited, altered, rearranged or modified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in the Materials.
