The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) grants press passes to qualified writers and media professionals covering the AONL conference. All media personnel must be pre-qualified and pre-registered.

Press Pass Requirements

To obtain a press pass, media delegates must submit one of the following credentials:

Trade & Business Publications

A bylined article published within 6 months of the conference, OR a letter from your editor on official stationery stating your assignment to cover the AONL conference.

Freelance Writers

Original letter of assignment or contract copy from publisher/news organization, OR two samples of bylined articles published within the last year.

Online Publications

Business card with editorial title PLUS copies of two bylined articles from your website or internet address for verification.
📊

Market Research & Analysts

Business card with editorial/analyst title AND copy of white paper, briefing, or report published within the last year.

Press & Media Policies

🎫 Admittance Policy
AONL reserves the right to refuse or rescind press passes for inadequate credentials or unprofessional conduct. We may modify requirements but will honor existing registrations.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Press passes include access to breakout sessions, lunches, and social events. Written cancellation required 14 business days in advance via aonlannualconference@aha.org
🚫 Recording Policy
No electronic recording (including smartphones, iPads, or other devices) without prior written consent from AONL. This applies to all sessions and events.

Media Release: Registration and attendance constitutes agreement to AONL's use of your image or voice in event materials.
