Key Bookings is the ONLY official housing bureau of AONL 2026. Other companies may not provide the prices, service, and reliability available from Key Bookings.
If you as an attendee are contacted by ANY company except Key Bookings or AONL about hotel reservations for AONL 2026, please inform AONL immediately at aonlannualconference@aha.org.
Warning Signs of Housing Scams:
- Unsolicited phone calls or emails offering hotel rooms
- Companies claiming to be "official" partners (other than Key Bookings)
- Pressure to book immediately with payment upfront
- Rates that seem too good to be true
- Requests for payment via wire transfer or gift cards
Previous attendees reported that after paying these fraudulent companies, no rooms were reserved, and they lost their money.
AONL shall not be responsible for any damages or costs related to any hotel reservations made via an unauthorized solicitation of hotel reservations.
