Full Recording and On-Demand Access
The session will be recorded by AONL's AV provider. The video file of the session recording will be provided to the sponsor and made available with the rest of the annual conference content on-demand.

Logistics and Marketing Coordination
Turnkey Setup and Catering
AONL provides and assigns the meeting space at the convention center. Logistics and setup include AV equipment and a hot breakfast buffet for attendees.
Promotion Strategy
Meeting rooms will be set for 80 people. AONL will market the session to attendees in a number of ways, including:
- At least one pre-conference promotional email highlighting all of the sunrise sessions.
- Website promotion (including session title, description, and company logo).
- Onsite promotion in the printed program guide and mobile app.
